Terms of service
Terms for the Keyline Melbourne key registration, replacement, and delivery service.
Customer authority
Customers must own or be authorised to duplicate every registered key and must request delivery only to their verified account address.
Supported service
Keyline accepts ordinary Lockwood LW4/C4 five-pin residential keys. Locksmith companies retain the right and obligation to reject unsupported, restricted, suspicious, or unsafe requests.
Membership
Keyline Protection is a service membership, not an insurance product. Cutting and delivery are subject to partner availability, service coverage, the price displayed at checkout, and the applicable cancellation, refund, and fair-use conditions.
