Keyline minimises the information retained for customer accounts, key registration, payment, routing, and delivery.
Key photographs stay on your device
The LW4 registration flow processes the calibration-paper photo locally. Key photographs are not uploaded or stored. If you save a confirmed result, the five-depth code is encrypted separately from your account details.
Purpose-limited access
An accepted locksmith receives temporary access to the cutting instructions for that job. Customer addresses, code access, status changes, and administrative actions are audited.
Deletion
You may revoke a stored key. Retention and deletion requests are handled through the customer account and support team, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
